We are more than just a spice company—we are two friends on a mission to help you bridge the "guidance gap," ditch the jars and packets with scary ingredients the “we know it’s bad for us takeaways” and those ready-meal shortcuts where the packets are possibly better tasting than the strange science project that passes for food these days, to rediscover the genuine joy of cooking from scratch with professional expertise you can finally trust.
To be honest, we’re more than just "passionate"—we’re actually quite cross. We’ve watched the modern food system turn "convenience" into a trap, filling our cupboards with ultra-processed junk, hidden sugars, and enough salt to preserve a skyscraper.
It’s not just about bad health; it’s about a loss of control. The industry wants us to believe that cooking is too hard, too slow, or too expensive so that we keep reaching for the ready-meals. We're here to prove them wrong.
We aren't just building a community; we are starting a movement, and we are in the trenches right alongside you. This mission is something we are truly passionate about because the reality is that the deck is stacked against us all. Ultra-processed foods (UPFs) are hidden in 90% of everything we want to eat, and trying to cut them out feels like an uphill battle against time and convenience.
We aren’t here to demand perfection or judge you for a quick-fix meal. We’re here because we’re changing our own habits, too. We are navigating the same aisles and the same busy Tuesday nights, and we want to hold your hand through a steady, honest transformation.

Our approach isn’t about a radical overnight overhaul; it’s about replacing the processed with the personal. It starts with one item—maybe swapping shop-bought, preservative-heavy naans for a quick, four-ingredient homemade version.
What David has discovered—and what you will feel, too—is that once you start making things yourself, something shifts. You realise how much better it tastes and how much better you feel. The more you make, the more you want to make. What starts as a way to save time, and health quickly turns into a genuine passion.
By the end of your first year in the Spice Circle, we will all be standing a little taller. We are going to change the way this nation eats, one kitchen—and one homemade tortilla—at a time.
